This ministry is led by dedicated lay leaders who warmly welcome newly joined members, known as Branches of The Oak, as they commit to Christ and the church community. These leaders guide new members through orientation classes, providing a strong foundation for understanding the church’s mission, values, and opportunities for involvement. Beyond orientation, the ministry fosters meaningful connections by helping new members build relationships within the congregation, ensuring they feel supported and fully integrated into The Oak family.
